AGM 2006 Information
The 2006 Annual Meeting of CRHA Pacific Coast Division
will be held on Thursday, April 20, in the Renaissance
Room,
Place des Arts, 1120 Brunette Avenue, Coquitlam.
Official Notice of the AGM was given in the Winter
2005/06 edition
of The Sandhouse, page 4.
The official meeting begins at 7:30 p.m. The room will
be open for informal socializing
at 7:00 p.m.
The agenda for the AGM will include the Board of
Directors' Report, presentation of the 2005 Financial
Statements,
and election of the Board of Directors for
2006/07.
Please note that only those members who have paid
their dues
for 2006 will be able to participate in the
proceedings.
Following the official meeting, our entertainment will
be
a slide show by Doug Battrum on BC Rail operations.
